Day 1: Marrakech airport – Marrakech City
Meet our representative at Malta International Airport at 07:50hrs to check in for our flight departing at 09:50hrs and arriving in Barcelona at 12:00hrs. After a transit stop, we then connect with our onward flight departing at 17:30hrs and arriving in Marrakesh at 18:55hrs. After baggage collection transfer to our hotel in Marrakesh. Check-in, dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Marrakech
After breakfast, the entire day will be spent visiting Marrakesh, the second oldest imperial city known as the «Pearl of the South» with the Saadian tombs, the Koutoubia, the Bahia Palace and the Menara gardens. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, visit of the souks, the winding little streets and the Djemaâ El Fna place with its various and non-stop entertainment: storytellers, snake charmers, fire-eaters and more. A Diffa Fantasia dinner will be served under caïdal tents at the famous «Chez Ali» restaurant while enjoying fantasia performance with camel and horses shows, folkloric and belly dancers. Return to the hotel and overnight.
Day 3: Marrakech – Casablanca +-250Km
After breakfast we depart to Casablanca. Upon arrival we will have some free time at leisure for a quick snack (extra). Later afternoon we visit the economic capital of Morocco: the central market, the Habous district, The Cathedral Notre Dames de Lourdes, the Royal Palace Mechouar, the Mohamed V square, the residential area of Anfa and the exterior of the impressive Hassan II Mosque (No time for inside visit). We proceed to our hotel for Check-in and dinner.
Day 4: Casablanca – Rabat – Fez +-300Km
After breakfast we start our way to Rabat. Visit of Rabat the Administrative capital of the country: the Royal Palace Mechouar, the Oudaya Kasbah, the Mohamed V mausoleum and the Hassan Tower. Departure to Meknes. Free time for lunch (extra).Visit of this city famous for its 40 km long walls and known as «the Moroccan Versailles» which was founded at the end of the 17th Century by Moulay Ismail. The sightseeing of Meknes will include Bab Mansour, the most preserved gate in Morocco, Hari Souani, the Royal stables and the Jewish quarter. Late afternoon we start our way to Fez, Check in & dinner.
Day 5: Fez
Aftre breaksat, the whole day is devoted to the sightseeing of Fez; the most ancient cultural and spiritual city of Morocco. Visit of the medieval medina, the Medersas: Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas, the karaouine mosque and the famous Nejjarine fountain. Some free time for lunch (extra)and continuation of our visit through the old medina where the clients will see different craftsmen still operating in the old oriental tradition. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Fez – Beni Mellal – Marrakech +-500Km
After breakfast, departure to Marrakesh crossing the region from the middle Atlas and passing through Immouzer du Kander, Azrou and Ifrane, a charming ski resort in the heart of a magnificent cedar forest. Stop at Beni-Mellal to enjoy a moment of relaxation. Free time for lunch (extra)and we continue our way to Marrakesh. Little by little will appear the red earth of the country contrasting with the clear blue sky and the eternal green palms. Check-in at the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Marrakech Airport
After breakfast, Check-out from our hotel at 12:00 (noon).Some free time at leisure. We proceed to Marakesch airport to check-in for our flight departing at 23:35hrs and arriving in Barcelona at 02:50hrs. After a transit stop, we then connect with our onward flight departing at 07:15hrs and arriving back to Malta at 09:15hrs. (the next day)
