- Either a Full Body Massage (can be done with hot stones) - 1 hour

- Delicate Facial suitable for all skin types - 1 hour
 
Secondly you choose!
- Either an Indian Head Massage - 30 mins 
or
- Foot Ritual Massage (a very relaxing foot message) - 30mins
