About the Lava Stone Grill
With our fantastic Lava Stones you can enjoy cooking your Steak ‘Live’ at the table, exactly as you like. Every mouthful is cooked to perfection and the last bite is as hot and delicious as the first. The sizzling Lava Stone is extremely hot and will stay hot for many hours, so please DO NOT touch the stone. The Lava Stone is a unique, delicious, healthy & interactive dining experience.
What is it ?
The volcanic stones, are heated to 350 degrees in our specially designed ovens.
How does it work?
When presented with yor meal, fully sear your meat on the outside, by turning each side onto the stone for a few seconds. Slice your meat into bite sized pieces and cook to your personal taste and eat directly from the stone. Cut and cook every mouthful, exactly as you like it.
Is the Stone Grill healthy?
Extremely healthy. We trim all our meats of fats, and only a small drop of oil is applied to the stone before cooking.
