What to expect!

 

This is a wonderful opportunity to chill out and relax for a whole day around the panoramic cliffs, coves and inlets of Gozo and Comino on a beautiful 38 metre long Turkish Gullet.  The Fernandes will drop anchor in a secluded bay in Gozo where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling or sunbathing. A hot and cold buffet lunch will be served on deck. After lunch the schooner will set sail towards Comino and anchor in the crystal clear waters of Blue Lagoon. 

 

Daily departures from Sliema Seafront:

May: Departure at 10:00am, returning at 4:30pm

Departure at 9:30am, returning at 5:30pm

 

The fleet 

Our fleet of Turkish Gullets are Fernandes and Fernandes II. A beautiful 38 metre long two masted gaff rigged vessel, Fernandes II has a large forward deck, covered stern deck and a saloon.

The Fernandes I is a beautiful 26.5 metre long Schooner Rigged Turkish Gullet with a large forward deck, covered stern deck and a large saloon. The Fernandes departs from the Sliema Marina and cruises North westwards towards Gozo.

We drop anchor in a secluded bay in Gozo at approximately 11.15 a.m. En-route one sees the panoramic cliffs, coves and inlets. The rest of the morning is spent swimming, and snorkeling or just sunbathing and relaxing on the large decks, while our stewards prepare a delicious Buffet. After lunch we sail towards Comino, where we drop anchor in the beautiful Blue Lagoon and spend the rest of the afternoon swimming in the magical crystal clear water of the lagoon. (Optional boat rides to the caves are organised: Tickets sold on board).

Fresh Fruit is also served in the afternoon. A fully stocked bar and toilet facilities are available on board.
