Here is a recipe to get you started
Steamed Salmon with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon – Serves 2
Ingredients
2 pcs salmon steaks
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp lemon zest
500 ml white wine
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
115 gr leeks, chopped finely
A sprig of fresh thyme
2 tsp peppercorns
1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper
Method for dressing
Whisk in the oil in a bowl, add the lemon juice, lemon zest and salt & pepper.

Place the white wine, bay leaf, leek, thyme and peppercorns at the bottom of the steamer.
Season the salmon with salt & pepper and place in the steamer dish. Cover and cook for approx 4 -6 minutes.

Place the Salmon on and plate and spoon the dressing on top of the salmon.

You can steam some veg, in one of the other compartments while the salmon is cooking to complement your meal.
