About the Guangxi Acrobatic Troupe Show:
Often compared to Cirque du Soleil for its high quality, artistic entertainment, the Guangxi
Troupe from China has over the past fifty-seven years of its existence performed in over forty
countries from all over the world.
This highly renowned ensemble attracts the best acrobatic talent that is available in China,
and moulds it into exuberant programmes which also dip into the martial arts and the world
of trapeze in order to dazzle audiences.
With the spectacular show which is making its Malta debut at the Mediterranean Conference
Centre on the 8th February 2015 at 18.00hrs, the Guangxi Troupe will present the largest
acrobatics team ever unleashed on the local boards; as these great artists play drums, balance
on pipes and juggle straw hats and other properties throughout their aerial performance. Truly
