About Hatha Yoga:
Hatha Yoga is the Yoga system introduced by Yogi Swatmarama. This yoga method is the world's most popular and easiest to practice, it is adaptable to all kinds of people and all ages. It is the system that gave rise to many other styles of yoga. "Hatha" from Sanskrit means: "ha" - sun and "tha" - moon. This method of yoga aims to unite the opposing pairs, like the sun (positive representation) and the moon (negative representation) and bring so the balance between body and mind. This practice incorporates postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation / concentration / relaxation (dharana and dhyana). The structure of the lesson is slow sequence, spaced and extended permanency in each posture and the asanas and can become more complex as flexibility, strength and concentration increase. Practicing Hatha Yoga can help you recognize your greater physical and mental potential. Flexibility and strength can also come a long run through this method due to the pace of the class. Through the relaxation or meditation exercises, you can feel differences in your energy and it is likely that your response to stressful situations will change quickly.
About Vinyasa Yoga:
Vinyasa Yoga is a Yoga method developed by Yogi Srivastava Ramaswami in order to adapt the practice to Westerners who, according to him, live life in a more practical and objective way and should first start working the physical body discipline constantly to eventually achieve the most subtle body. The sequence of coordinated movements with breathing links a position with another to create a continuous flow. His practice incorporates postures (asanas) that create a meditation in motion, and static meditation at the end of class / concentration / relaxation (dharana and dhyana). Vinyasa can be expected to always have a different class and to be quite energetic. The inhalations and exhalations are each guided creatively through the "flow", as this method is sometimes called. If you are looking for a good balance between physical effort and introspection, Vinyasa is for you!
