Description of the gym/workouts:
CrossFit F15 is a gym located in the center of Sliema focusing on functional training. We offer different type of classes:
- CrossFit Workout: Mix of cardio, gymnastics and weighlifting
- Metabolic conditioning: Focus on cardio and techniques (rowing, running, jumping ropes, climbing rope...)
- Core/gymnastic: Improve your strength and gymnastic skills (handstand walk, handstand push ups, pull-ups...)
- Weigthlifting: improve your snatch, clean&jerk and other weighlifting movements
- Strength: Improve your strength and gain volume
- Beach workout: swim and workout
- Rom wod: Mobility and flexibility sessions
Every workouts offer 3 levels from beginners to elite and it suit every ages. If you cannot perform one movement, an alternative options will be given.
Our classes fit maximum 10 people to make sure we can keep an eye on your techniques and offer the best service.
A class lasts 1 hour.
