The service was really good we enjoyed our relaxing time at the spa and even the massage was amazing staff very welcoming ????

Massage was excellent, however spa was very disappointing. Overcrowded ( never even managed to use sauna) , and the pull was full of children, definitely not a relaxing experience. Overall best to book for massage only

Deal was very good money wise but only issue is with the facility of the spa.. seems very outdated especially the pool area.

The deal was very good indeed. The massage therapist were all great and very good at it. The only thing that we were disappointed was that if we were 5ladies all our bathropes were old with holes in them!! You don't expect tjis on a 5 star Hotel!!

It would have been to use outside ,the terrace is a balcony .

I'm a person that uses alot the services of spa and messages, I noticed that at the dee spas ingeneral there is no interest from the persons in charge to know if the client suffer from something, there is no consent form that shows if a person had any injuries or has any allergies to products. When we entered in for the message, they didn't ask what type of message we had booked to confirm and, the message we have booked was the deep tissue message, but instead, we were made a relaxation message. No gowns or towels were given to use, too.

The spas only let you use the coucher on certain treatments, not on any treatment you would like. If also you go over the amount and would like to pay the difference using a One4All voucher, they forbid that as well (when the whole point of a one4all voucher is to replace cash!!). Disappointed in the admin and bureaucracies, but wonderful service by the beautician herself on the day.

Slippers was not provided, even when we asked they did not have them. Shower was broken and hair dryer was not working.

The place is very small and not equipped.

Booking was incorrectly placed when confirmed by Facebook messenger and telephone. The therapists were very annoyed as they thought we changed the booking when we showed up at the spa, making us feel very uncomfortable which took us some time to enjoy the massage and settle in. The sauna & pool services were out of order due to the current works, which was not mentioned when making the booking.

The staff of Dee's spa are the loveliest professional we have met in a very long time ..we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and purchased further packages to return ..

The 55mins couples massage was very nice and relaxing - our therapists were just great. Other than the massage, we were quite disappointed with the level of service and facilities at the spa. We felt we were not warmly met by the spa reception staff, the jacuzzi was not working, there was a used facemask in my dressing gown's pocket and the hairdryer in the womens' changing room was not working... We were even asked to share one locker! I had to use my husband's locker in the male changing room, even though we were the first people at the spa and therefore all lockers were available. We would have expected a high level of service and excellent facilities from such a hotel spa... we definitely won't recommend this deal or any other similar deal at this spa.
