Overall a good experience, except the use of pool. We booked on a Saturday morning,and the pool was being used for kids swimming classes. Not quite what we expected with all.the noise,splashing and jumping. Not quite a relaxing situation. .The massage, food and room instead where brilliant.

A relaxing day at the pool, massage is comfortable and food is good

Village boutique is a very small hotel, with a decent sized pool surrounded by lovely greenery. Lunch is lovely. I think it's a little bit over-priced especially if you go in July or August.

I thought the venue was adult only but it was not. We were also informed when we arrived that pool hours are 10am-6pm which was not disclosed beforehand - at the venue pool time was listed as 8am-8pm. Service was ok but not as good as previous times. Since the venue is no longer adults only we will likely not visit again.

The breakfast buffet and the massage were fine but in the spa pool there were 2 babies crying non stop as they were having a swimming lesson but definitely they weren't enjoying it. In the pool it was not relaxed at all as it was advertised. My friends and I wanted some mum time relaxation as it was advertised but unfortunately this was not found in the indoor pool. Thanks. Hope I will get a reply about this.

Spend wonderful hours here, very friendly staff and delicious food. Highly recommendable.

Alas, there were a few things that were not so great.
First, when we arrived at 10.30am we had to wait 30 minutes until we could use the spa, since the spa-lady was busy.
The toilets did not work so we always had to dress and use the restaurant's toilets and some of the showers didn't work.
And lastly, the spa-lady was listening to her own music on the laptop, which we could hear in the spa for almost the whole day, on and off. A not so chill out spa day.
But everyone was friendly and the sauna was nice.

The massage and the service on the spa was amazing.
The only thing I didn’t like it was some people smoking next to us when we was having lunch.

The Spa was great, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Great value for money.

Receptionist should be aware of offers offered by the hotel!
