The spa facilities are really nice and clean. The service is good but the therapist is a bit rude.

2 time I send an eMail for the appointment - they never answer. Then I call them, the guy from the receipton say say will call me back later or next day - they never call me. There customer care is worst. Now the voucher is expired. I think is part of there concept. If they take the money but not fullfil all the profit is bigger. Very disappointed.

the 48 hr policy is not fair in the current covid situation, where if one has to postpone due to feeling sick he loses part/ the entire voucher
