Hi! I boought this voucher 2 weeks ago and immediately called in for an appointmen which i got for the 24th of september. 4 hrs before my appointment the lady texted saying she got sick and needs to cancel my appointment. she asked if i could do 6th of april 3.30- clearly not as i work weekdays... when i texted her i am working mon-fri 9-5 she didnt reply. today i again messaged her to see if she can give me a new appoitnemtn within a reasonable time frame, she said no, only 13th of april. i told her that is vbery unfortunate and id like to have a refund, then she offered me an appointment in 2 weeks time. i am sorry but i dont wanna wait 4 weeks for a facial. people can get sick, but then i believe for a potential regular cusutomer's satisfaction they should be more flexible. i asked for a full refund.
