First time using deal today but sure not the last

It was relaxing and we enjoyed it.The only complaint was that we were given a room where the window was level with the sunbeds so it was closed and we could never open it for some fresh air, but we never complained to them about it as we didn't want to raise a hassle, since it was for only one night!

Speaking from experience after spending a weekend at the Topaz Hotel, I rate it as very good value for money deal.

One of the best hotel I have experienced with a great service

We arrived at the hotel for check in at 13.45 and there was just KAOS. Staff was disorganized. Had the room at 15.00. Then we went to the indoor pool and it was very cold. A technician told us to wait just 15 mins and it would be ok and vanished. We waited for one hour and was still cold. Headed to the room 2223 and it was cold as well to take a shower. Switched on the AC on heating but was in vain. At least the shower was hot. Before going for dinner, we left the AC on, maybe it will start heating. Thank god, dinner was excellent. Finished at 22.00 and went for a coffee at the ground floor bar (forgot the name). The sign open was flashing but door was closed. Took one from the machine. Gone to our room, couldn't open it. Staff opened it with another key. Room was still cold, no surprise there. Obviously we didn't sleep well. Breakfast was excellent. Check out at 10.00, very early. All this for one night with my partner, how romantic. I rate this hotel a two star not four and even for the price it's not worth it. Don' take the DEAL.
