- A cleaning fee of 50 euros per stay is not included in the price above
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
- Bookings are subject to a refundable 200 euro security deposit and/or a
breakage deposit. If you have not caused any damage and/or breakages, the
security deposit will be returned to you on departure.
- Check in after 16:00 and check out before 10:00
- The following services are on pay per use basis; Telephone and Air
Conditioning. The latter is operated via a coin meter found at the property.
- The Government of Malta has imposed an environmental contribution (exempt
of VAT) of EUR 0.50 per person/per night, capped at a maximum of EUR 5.00
for each continuous stay in Malta, Gozo or Comino. This contribution is
payable by both local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and
applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands. The
contribution must be paid separately and is not included in the property/room
rate charged.
- The full rate must be paid upon confirming the dates with the property and is
not refundable.
