Opened in 2009 in a magnificent 15^th Century building that once formed part of Palazzo Carafa, the stylishly intimate Omertà Trattoria & Wine Bar serves as the perfect setting for an amazing variety of freshly-prepared culinary delights, not to mention a unique evening out! Its charming Chef/owner takes personal pride in the wholesome a’ la carte menu which specialises in prime cuts of fresh meat like the Bistecca di Fiorentina, daily fresh fish and Italian artisan pasta. Additionally, Omertà is famous for its rich wine list which boasts the yields of some of the world’s finest vineyards.

A mere 2-minute walk from the Grandmaster’s Palace, Omertà Trattoria & Wine Bar is a hidden gem in the heart ofValletta. The restaurant is open for dinner every evening except Mondays. Group bookings of up to 25 are accepted.
