Located in the south of Malta, Sepia is a Casual Mediterranean cuisine that opened its door in December 2014. Chef/Patron Jonathan Vassallo welcomes you , warm, knowledgeable, professional staff will extend genuine hospitality as they guide you through your dining experience.
Instead of a regular menu, Sepia uses a Black-Board Menu. This is because just as the seasons change so does our menu. We use local ingredients and the freshest possible. Our aim is to give you a rich experience and to present a cuisine where texture, purity of flavour and balance is paramount.
Nothing is too much for our chef! You can see the passion for food with every plate that leaves the kitchen and another satisfied customer as it’s going back in! We explain the menu of the day to all our customers including how everything is cooked, prepared and garnished.
