Our traditional toasted bread with tomatoes, onions, garlic & basil (better known as bruschetta) or our fresh soup of the day would be an ideal introduction for a perfect meal. We might also interest you in our wide selection of tasty bites, such as deep fried goat's cheese, breaded scampi, mushrooms in garlic and focaccia. Or you might wish to go for our Italian and Maltese delicatessen which serve in platter for two or more people to share.
Our kitchen serves a good mouth-watering variety of pastas and risottos. Various seafood, meat and vegetables, sauces perfectly complement your choice of spagetti, penne, farfalle or fusilli, which are also available gluten free or as brown pasta.
Parma ham, mozzarella, rocket leaf, tuna, feta cheese and other ingredients makes your salad the best in town. And the same ingredients also make our lovely pizzas with a selection of over 20 different toppings not far off either.
From your main course, we have a wide choice of meat cuts such as fillet gorgonzola, spare ribs, chicken, rib eye and as well fish dishes of salmon to our catch of the day right from the sea in front of our hotel.
