Antalya Cappadocia :

1. Day: Malta – Antalya

Flight from Malta to Antalya. Your guide will wait at Antalya-Airport and then the transfer to your hotel, - and overnight.

 

2. Day: Info-Cocktail

After breakfast your guide will spend you a welcome-cocktail and will also explain about the surrounding and about the tours / departures of the week and will also give you the change to take part at optional tours / services. The afternoon is free for leisure; - and overnight in your hotel

 

3. Day: Antalya – Cappadocia

At about 08:00 o`clock you will depart after breakfast to Cappadocia. After an interesting drive through the Toros-Mountains you will reach Konya, the well-known city of Mevlana and you will visit the museum of Mevlana. After rest for lunch you will drive to Cappadocia, - and overnight in a 4-star hotel in Cappadocia.

 

4. Day: Cappadocia

After breakfast in the hotel you will visit after a short drive a the open air museum of Göreme with ancient churches and nice frescoes on the walls. This day you will also make several photo-stops to make pictures of this unbelievable area. Also you will visit the ancient underground city Derinkuyu, where the Christians did hide themselves from the Arab invasion. At the end of your trip you will visit a  carpet weaving center where you can see how the world famous Turkish carpets are being produced; - and overnight in Cappadocia.

 

5. Day: Capadocia – Antalya

After breakfast in your hotel you will drive back to Antalya. On the way you will visit an ancient Caravan-Serail which was used in the ottoman period of time. – And overnight in Antalya.

 

6. Day: Antalya

Antalya is the center of the Turkish Mediterranean coast. After breakfast you will depart to Antalya. On the way you will visit a jewelry center and a leather center with reasonable opportunities for shopping. In Antalya you will see also the Hadrian-Gate, the traditional bazaar, with a lot of spices. Arrival in your hotel at about 17:00 o`clock, - and overnight.

 

7. Day: Day free for leisure or optional tour to a Village or Manavgat

 

8. Day: Antalya – Malta

Transfer to the Antalya-Airport and flight back to Malta.
