Never dived before but want to TRY IT? Then the PADI Discover Scuba Dive Experience is for you!
Included in this offer for 1 person:
- Discover Scuba Diving (Minimum Age 10 years)
- Once you sign up with us for the PADI Discover Scuba Experience we will send you an email on how to do your PADI eLearning at home before you come to the dive centre to do your dives with the Instructor.
- This includes reading all about the adventure that awaits you, knowledge reviews on what you have read, videos to watch and a small True False questionnaire
- When you arrive at the Dive centre for your amazing adventure:
- a fantastic welcome at Dawn Diving
- Discuss your adventure with us over a wee cup of tea/coffee/water
- The instructor will then get your diving kit prepared and you try this on at the dive centre
- The Instructor will go over a couple of skills that you will be doing on your first dive e.g. mask clearance and regulator recovery
- You and the Instructor drive to the dive site, you kit up and have a dive briefing
- You will be required to do the PADI eLearning home study before you come to the dive centre, the QR code will be sent to you by Dawn Diving on confirmation of your booking.
- You will meet your instructor at the dive centre and he will go over the basic skills etc you will do in the water. These will include clearing your mask and regulator recovery in water up to a maximum of 6 metres with your instructor who will be by your side all the way
- Depending on how much air is left in your cylinder you will either come out of the water and Hannes will change cylinders or you will then continue on to do your Discover Scuba Dive, this will be to a maximum of 12 metres and is nice and relaxed for you to enjoy the wonders of the ocean. This dive lasts roughly 30 minutes all depending on your air consumption.
- After your dive everyone heads back to the dive centre where we process your record of completion
- You will receive an email from PADI and you will receive an e-card on your PADI account on the PADI App.
- Photo call with you, your instructor
