Visit GOZO, Comino, Blue Lagoon & Caves on the Glass bottomed Catamaran by Sea Adventure Excursions

Our boat trip to the Blue Lagoon, Comino, operates all year round according to weather conditions.

• Sea Adventure’s day trip is 7 hours in summer and 6 hours in winter.
• Sea Odyssey’s day trip is 7.5 hours.
• The evening/sunset trip duration is 4.0 hours

The journey to Comino Island takes approximately one hour. From the open sea, you will experience Malta from a beautiful vantage point. We cruise close to the coast, witnessing Malta’s magnificent naturally formed coastline, including its enormous cliffs, rocky nooks, and crannies.

You will pass the tiny Island of St. Paul’s, viewing the apostle Saint Paul’s statue, rising high into the sky. You will visit magnificent sea caves, allowing you the opportunity to take amazing photographs.

Crystal Lagoon – Crystal Lagoon is stunning but less well known.

• The day trip stops for 1 hour (June – October only)
• The sunset/evening trip stops for 30 mins (July – August only).

It is fringed by steep cliffs and therefore accessed only by boats. With unbelievably clear water, it is perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and diving. Take a plunge into its crystal clear waters from one of our three waterslides, or jump from the top deck if you dare! A true snorkelers paradise, where you can even swim inside the caves.

Blue Lagoon – Arriving at Blue Lagoon, we moor to Comino Island and will remain berthed for the rest of the afternoon or evening.

• The day trip stops for 4 hours.
• The sunset/evening Trip stops for 2 hours.

Use the boat as a base, utilising all the fantastic facilities, including a huge waterslide and a sundeck with cushioned sun loungers. Swim from the boat or walk ashore to explore this tiny island. Comino is also worth a visit in winter and is ideal for walkers and photographers. With no urban areas or cars on the island, one can easily smell the scent of wild thyme and other herbs.

With the excursion drawing to a close, we cruise back to Bugibba, entering the Santa Maria pirate caves and viewing the “Elephants Head”, a fantastic rock formation. We arrive back at Bugibba port.

Departure and arrival times vary depending on the time of year. In the peak summer months, we depart earlier and cruise straight to the Blue Lagoon in Comino so you can witness its beauty during these quieter hours. The available times will be seen and chosen when booking.
