From the purchase date, you have 14 days to claim a potential refund. After the 14 days no refunds will be given.

Classes are not included but can be purchased at members rates (please ask at reception for more information)
Voucher must be presented at reception before membership is processed
Children under 16 years are not allowed into the Gym area
