The 150-seat, 250 square metre bistro offers first rate cuisine including tavola calda and a la carte menu for fine dining with a variety of healthy and vegetarian options. Any other food such as gluten-free meals, are made on request. The menu is varied with snacks ranging from clubhouse sandwiches, fresh home-baked baguettes, and gourmet tortillas, to mouth-watering salads, quiches, pizza slices, foccacias, flans, cartocciata, wraps and freshly made savouries. The a la carte menu specialises in fish and meat dishes which are eye catching and exquisite in taste. A plethora of sweets is on display at the dessert glass counters that form part of the impressive bar. Coffee is made by an experienced barista using freshly ground coffee by D’Oro. There is also a wide selection of herbal teas.
