We use kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics and more to put together the most efficient workouts!

What do we do at Spartan Kettlebells:
We're into functional, fun and truly efficient training. We believe that you need to train hard and varied in order to get results, but that it can be done, in a fun and motivating way surrounded by great people.
We specilize in kettlebell training, but mix it up with a lot of other types of functional training like gymnastics, powerlifting and running.
We currently offer the following classes:
KB CLASSIC
Classic kettlebell training focusing on strength and technique. Focus is on the typical KB lifts such as swing, clean, press and snatch.
KB MIX
Kettlebells, barbells and bodyweight training in a great mix. Anything can happen.
KB RUN
Same as MIX, but with elements of running as well. No long distance running, only shorter sprints. Gymnastics/Bodyweight
Gymnastic skill work to get you out of your comfort zone, followed by a tough workout with bodyweight and gymnasic exercises. Gymastics/Bodyweight In the Spartan intructor team, we are qualified in both hard style and GS style kettlebell training, as well as group fitness instructing, nutrition and personal training.
