“I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Valentina. The staff were always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Jelena for her outstanding assistance and kindness. She went above and beyond by helping me with a personal matter and even offered to safely keep my company shirt until my next visit in September. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care. Thank you also to the rest of the team for making my stay so pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel Valentina and look forward to coming back!”
