“I’ve been visiting Nataraya for the past three years, and this was hands down my most relaxing session yet. I booked a full-body massage followed by Shirodhara, and the combination was incredible. My therapist, Jacob, was exceptional—he took the time to understand my stiff back muscles, explained exactly which techniques would help, and gave me simple stretching tips to use between sessions. He also gave thoughtful recommendations on what to book next time based on my needs. The full-body massage was focused and effective, especially on my back, and the Shirodhara that followed was deeply calming. Having the warm liquid flow steadily over my forehead felt like it switched my nervous system off; I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep right there. It’s rare to find authentic Ayurvedic Shirodhara in Malta, and this felt like the real deal. We also had access to the spa facilities—swimming pool, sauna, and gym—so the whole afternoon felt like a proper reset. Highly recommend asking for Jacob if you want a tailored, therapeutic experience that leaves you completely de-stressed.”
